BAISER cafe bar - which means "French kiss" - opened 32 years ago in Xanthi, laying the foundations of mass catering shops that to this day provides services with the aim of stability and quality. BAISER cafe | bar has been serving coffee, drinks, special cocktails and much more for 32 years, all with love and respect for its customers! It was first renovated in 2007 by the studio of Minas Kosmidis [Architecture in Concept] laying the foundations for the future that followed. It was renovated a second time in 2016, again by the studio of Minas Kosmidis [Architecture in Concept] resulting in being selected as one of the best designed bars in Europe by the "Restaurant and Bar Design Award" and one of the 150 best bars in the world 2018.
With the emphasis being placed on the drinks bar, the space changed to resemble more of a bar than a café or restaurant.The large, high marble tables, the velvet seats, the play of mirrors in the space, the elegant and comfortable stools, make a nice contrast with the wallpaper... they make you think you are in a 1940s bar in America.
