In the valley of the mythical river Nestos, nesting at the foot of the virgin mountain range of Rodopi, more than 100 years ago, refugees from Pontus settled in Komnina, Xanthi. There, in this unique and uncontaminated natural environment, Flavour and Hercules met and loved the magical world of the bee and wanted to share this love with the whole world.
So, in 2021, they created the traditional beekeeping cottage industry Meligeysis in the beautiful courtyard of their house and since then they generously offer their hospitality and the 3 lines of their pure products: honey, honey superfoods and wax ointments / beauty products.
